General terms
✰ My art may NOT be used as an NFT or to train AI.✰ My work may only be used for personal and non-profit uses unless discussed.✰ You may not claim my work as your own.✰ You may not resell my art or custom characters✰ I will only do deadlines if you let me know at least 2 weeks before it's due. If you commission a scene or full-body, I will need a 1-month heads up.✰ I will use your commission as future example of my work.✰ I may post the finished piece on my Instagram, TikTok, or other social media unless discussed.✰ Please be kind to me, I'll have a much easier time working on your commission.✰ Please be patient!✰ You may ask for adjustments but please do not criticize or critique my art if I don't ask for it.✰ You may ask for an infinite amount of changes to the sketch.✰ You may ask for updates or progress at any time. Please no more than 3 times in a week, but this is not a rule.✰ A level of artistic liberty will be applied to my art. Please try to respect it.✰ When drawing your character, I almost always color pick from the reference. The final piece, 9 times out of 10, will have colors that variate from the original ones. This is due to my method of coloring. Payment✰ If paying half-before and half-after, I will require the first half of payment (50%) after the sketch has been approved and the second half after the piece has been completed.✰ If you have not yet paid the second half, I will watermark my image as an anti-theft measure. When payment has been sent, I'll send you a version without the watermark.✰ The price of the commission should not change from when we agree on a price. This is true unless you change your mind or want more added to the image.✰ The 10% discount for custom OCs cannot be added to the 5% discount for returning customer and vice versa.✰ Returning customer discount (5% off) does not exponentially multiply and remains 5% at all times.Refunds✰ Refunds can be requested at any part of the process but you can only get a FULL refund AT or before the sketch stage.✰ If progress had been made prior to your refund request, a partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed.✰ I will NOT refund if you have paid in full and the commission is completed. CHANGES CONDITIONS:
✰ Two changes after finalization are free*, minor or easy changes can be free, but excessive changes (or those that are difficult to accomplish) will cost an additional fee ($1 to $10 per adjustment) or be rejected entirely
*UNLESS the changes are complicated✰ If I forgot some part of your characters design (say, I forgot your characters whiskers or that it has two different colored eyes) and this is an actual mistake on my part, I can fix them for free. If you did not specify this or it was not in the reference image(s) you sent, I MAY require an additional fee to add them ($1-$10 based on complexity of the edit)✰ These rules can bend on a case-by-case basis and if you are easy to work with I'm more likely to wave any extra fees. (AKA... be nice!) However sometimes the adjustments are a lot of work so I might require an additional fee despite that.

All of the previous information is entirely variable and not definite. I have been able to finish scenes in a day and icons in a month. It depends on environmental factors as well as motivation levels.
You can always ask for estimations! But just remember, they are estimations and may be subject to change.Sketches for pieces are usually made the same day or within the first few days of commissioning.
Q & A
Q: At what point do I pay?
A: You can pay one of two ways. My preferred method is you pay half (50%) after you approve the sketch and the other half after the piece has been finished. Alternatively, you can pay in full (100%) after the sketch is approved.Q: I don't have a reference sheet of my character, can I still commission you?
A: Yep! You don't need a fully fleshed out reference sheet at all. One or more images of your character will do! That includes screenshots from games (for customizable characters), photos of people/pets, or other artist's drawings of your oc. For real life people & animals I will need high quality images. B & W sketches or outdated reference images will be a lot trickier for me (and might be declined). Please make sure you have an updated reference image of your character before commissioning!Q: I don't have any reference images of my character, only inspo photos/a written description. Can I still commission. you?
A: Most likely not. In some cases yes, but try to get at least one actual reference image of your character first. I also make custom characters! It comes with a discount. Check out my site here.Q: I don't use USD (United States Dollar), can I commission you still?
A: The payment methods I use (Paypal & Cashapp) both automatically convert your currency to USD. As long as you research the current conversion rate it should work! Venmo does not convert currency so it cannot be used for this.Q: Can you draw all hair types?
A: I absolutely can! I might not have examples of a specific hair type/style but I can guarantee I can draw it.Q: Where can I find more of your art?
A: I post pieces I'm most proud of on my commission site, but I also sometimes upload them to my Instagram!Q: Do I have to be professional when emailing/messaging you?
A: Nah! I have about 50% of my commissioners really friendly and the other 50% pretty professional. I'm totally okay with either. We can be buddies or just have a customer relationship.Q: Can we be friends/mutuals?
A: Sure! However I am not a super social person so I may very rarely message you or only respond when you message me, sorry!Q: Can I fill out the commission form for a quote even if I'm not ready to order?
A: Yep! Just let me know explicitly that you're not ordering yet & just want a price estimate. I'd also prefer if you send that information to my question/inquiry form at the bottom of the page instead of my commission one.Q: Can I claim a slot even though I'm not ready to order?
A: Sure, but after around 2 weeks if you don't fill out the form I may open the slot to others or close it entirely.Q: I want my scene to have characters in the background/distance, do those count as +1 characters?
A: Nope! Non-detailed or very far away characters will not cost the same as +1 characters. I'd estimate around $5-15 depending on the distance of the character. Crowds of characters will not have an additional fee per person but will almost definitely be on the higher end of the Scene price gauge.Q: Can I draw Bynder/one of your characters

A: They are usually banned from my shop either silently (I make note to ban the person from future orders) or I let them know they are banned + block them. I hardly ever ban/block anybody but it happens!Q: Will you do NSFW art?
A: Hmm, very much depends. It's currently bribe-only (as opposed to being flat-out no), but I would be picky with what I create and won't take bribes under $100 USD.Q: Can I post the piece you made for me/use it as a profile picture?
A: Of course! Credit me in the description or in your bio, though.Q: Can I print out/laminate/make a personal shirt, badge, magnet, sticker of the piece you made for me?
A: In most cases, yes. Please do discuss this with me if this is something you're planning on doing! I can also help by making the piece the proper dimensions. A: Of course not. I don't need any form of proof.Q: Do you use AI in your artwork?
A: Absolutely NOT. I am very, VERY strongly against the use of AI in art. Every part of my process is 100% hand-drawn and uniquely made from my own hard-earned skills & talent. AI isn't "art", that is my opinion, and I strongly hope that those who interact with me & my shop feel the same.Q: When will your slots open up?

A: You get a Returning Customer coupon after your first time commissioning me! It's 5% off all subsequent orders and comes with a free doodle (upon request) every 3rd commission.
I also give out Returning Customer coupons for character designs. It's 10% off future commissions of that OC, 8% off future custom characters, and a free doodle (upon request) every 6 months of that OC.
Recently, I've also been giving out coupons for ordering Scenes. It's 8% off future commissions and 10% off future scenes.

• I use Venmo or PayPal for USD commissions. I also have cashapp or zelle, but I prefer the first two.
• __I will not give refunds. __If you are unsatisfied with how a commission turned out, please let me know what you would like changed and I will do my best to accommodate!
• "Can you do deadlines?" Depends commission to commission, I would prefer no deadlines, but in most cases it is doable. I require __no less than 2 weeks __before it is due. Scenes and full bodies cannot have less than 1 month deadlines.
• If paying half before and half after, I will require the first half of payment upfront or after the sketch has been completed. (same goes for all-upfront payment) and the final half of payment after the drawing is completed.
• My art may not, under any circumstance, be used as an NFT

• Do not be overly critical or mean-spirited. You can ask for changes on the final piece without insulting my art! Be kind.

• I can send the finished commission through Email or as a Tumblr link. Will be in PNG format! (2300x2300) usually
